About Scott Couper

I have worked in many industries, but first started in Real Estate in Holland Park Brisbane back in 1998 at Bruce Harry Real Estate. We operated under the "Jenman Sales System" which is based on ethics in Real Estate. I finished there in 2004 where I moved to Toowoomba for a Tree Change. I have worked in several jobs since moving here 10 years ago, one of those was at PRD for a year & then later moving to York Realty in April of 2014. York also follows the systems based on the Jenman System & is the only agency in Toowoomba that does. I have always been attracted back to Real Estate because I really have a passion for it, and can't see myself making another career change. I believe sellers need to know all the facts about Real Estate so if I am able to present to them I will ensure they are aware of all the traps involved with marketing, inspections, negotiations & more. Sellers need to know they have an agent who will keep them informed all the way through the process & that their agent will negotiate the best possible contract for sale. I pride myself on ensuring my clients get all of this and more. My future business is based on repeat clients & referrals which will get the same level of service.
