Hi! I'm Rebecca, and I started Lot 42 in 2015 after many years of working for large real estate agencies, smaller boutique start-ups and project developers, which has given me an in-depth and unique understanding of all aspects of the Brisbane property industry. From foreign investor management and purposeful investing for profit, to families wanting or needing to lease their forever homes for varying reason, I'm here to help and advise you. My mission is to retain lifelong clients who feel heard and valued, and to have tenants who feel looked after and understood. Keeping the balance of what is best for the landlord whilst also considering the needs of our tenants has been a winning formula. As a result our rent arrears are very low compared to the national average, we have a high rate of satisfied, longer term tenants who look after their homes and satisfied clients who provide the bulk of our business via positive referrals.
