Real estate runs in her family, her grandfather and father were both agents, and her parents owned and operated a boutique agency for over 15 years. Sophie has been involved in real estate from a very young age, with real estate being a constant topic of conversation at the dinner table. In 2010, she and her family sold their small family agency, "Richard Carter Realty," to Ray White, one of the largest franchisees in Australasia. This move proved to be beneficial both personally and professionally. Sophie believes that the real estate industry is a balance between people and property and she enjoys both. She finds great satisfaction in helping people through the complex process of buying and selling property and also loves the different aspects of real estate including construction, design, and architecture.
