About Shirley Lau

Shirley is a local resident of the St. George area. Mother of 3 young children she effortlessly balances her home and working commitments in the demanding industry of Real Estate. With a Chinese background, Shirley speaks fluent Cantonese, as well as Mandarin and an understanding of the Shanghai dialect. Educated in Australia she understands the need of communication and the benefits of being multi-lingual. This is a great asset to Realty Way that she is able to liaise with the fast growing Asian community. Shirley is well aware of the importance of customer service being a business owner herself in the past. Possessing exceptional customer service skills, friendly nature and wanting to help people she decided she would venture into the Real Estate industry. She started in 2006 as a receptionist where she commenced her career in Real Estate and gained a thorough knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and it's practices. Displaying strong ethics, values and client care Shirley progressed her career as a Home Finder and now in the position of a Real Estate Salesperson with the team at Realty Way. For Shirley, Real Estate is a passion and is not just a job but a full time career which she is totally committed to continually striving to excel and challenging herself to be better in all areas. Shirley has her Real Estate Licence and still continues to study. Constantly educating herself by attending Industry Seminars, reading literature and listening to CDs to keep herself up-to-date with current trends and issues relevant to her career and ambitions in the Real Estate Industry.
