I am a true local in very sense of the word with my family heritage in the local area going back to the 1870,s . i started my real-estate career in 2002 and only recently decided to join the @realty team which allows me to work for my self. I have consistently sold 50 plus properties a year and this current year looks to be no different with 6 written contracts in the last 6 weeks . I enjoy both residential and Rural real-estate and i am not afraid to travel and put in the hours for my clients to achieve top results. A lot of my business comes from past clients and also referrals which i am particularly proud of as it is always good to know that i have gained the respect and confidence of these people when it comes to helping them with their real estate dealings. I have a supportive network and team behind me with my wife having had 15 years in real-estate administration which frees me up to do what i do best and that is get out there and get buyers thru properties and hopefully get the desired results. I have achieved various real estate awards over the years and i have passed on advice to a lot of agents starting out in the industry, Do the right thing by your clients and the rewards will come to you .
