Melissa Steele joins the Synergy team with extensive background knowledge of the Bundaberg Region through her previous roles within the building industry with three of the largest Bundaberg Builders from 1993 to 2022. Melissa has been working with people for many years looking to build their dream home as well investors building an investment property or repeat clients building large scale complexes. From the first home buyer through to the retiree, the first-time investor through to the larger scale professional investors and developers, Melissa has a wealth of property knowledge. To work with people from the very beginning of the journey, the design phase progressing through to handing the keys over and ensuring a seamless build to help people achieve their dream home or ideal investment strategy has been very rewarding to Melissa over an extended period of time. The time has come now for Melissa to move into a sales role to help both past and future clients achieve the best outcome possible in the sale of their home or investment property. Moving from helping people create their dream home to now help people achieve the highest price for their home is now Melissa’s focus. Melissa is certainly hoping to hear from people she has helped build their home to now help them sell their home. Working with clients comes naturally to Melissa, she enjoys creating a fantastic rapport with every client she meets which is possibly why she has been able to help the same people over and over again for many years. Melissa looks to provide the best customer service she can, to stay cheerful, respectful, and compassionate. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family. Melissa received several awards during her career within the building industry, her biggest achievement came in 2011 when she won the “Women in Construction in the Wide Bay Region”, which is awarded to a candidate who shows leadership, is a team player, excels in project documentation, customer service with proven extensive knowledge within the building industry. Melissa is a passionate advocate for the industry and looks forward to helping people with their needs.
