About Matthew Cruice

Matthew started his career in real estate 13 years ago, as a sales person in Dayboro. The Principal quickly saw his natural sales ability and promoted Matthew to Sales Manager, heading a very successful team within a medium size real estate office. Forsaking financial security and a rather comfortable, stress free lifestyle working for someone else, Matthew took a risk and opened up Ray White Dayboro, which he ran for 5 years. During this time, Matthew achieved numerous sales awards within the Ray White network. Matthew is not your typical real estate agent. His genuine, down to earth approach to selling property is refreshing, according to previous clients, weary of dealing with ego driven, greedy real estate agents. Matthew’s real estate experience is extensive and varied, including residential, rural, commercial and industrial. Matthew has also been heavily involved in various property developments in South East Queensland, having managed a 50 unit development on Bribie Island and Project Managing several small developments including most recently, a 100 lot land subdivision. While Ray White Dayboro was successful, Matthew knew that he wanted to create a whole new approach to selling real estate, setting a benchmark for how real estate agents should operate. Seeing an opportunity within the Samford region, Matthew sold the Ray White office and opened an independent office, Postcode Property. Operating from a converted church, the office has created a buzz within the community. Having achieved over $50 million just in residential sales from 2 salespeople within the first 12 months of opening, Postcode Property has developed a reputation for specialising in effective marketing strategies to facilitate sales in the prestige property market both in the Samford region and beyond.
