About Jennifer Castle

Jennifer has already had a long and successful career in sales and relationship marketing. She has spent the last 25 years in a relationship-based consumer and business-to-business sales environment in a number of industries. During this time she has been recognised for sales performance and customer service excellence. She was the top sales manager in WA for a globally recognised company and one of the top 10 salespeople in an international Business Consultancy. She has worked around Australia with an international Business and Marketing Consulting Agency as a Business Advisor for SME’s and been invited to speak from several stages. When Jennifer turned her attention to real estate as a career she was counted among the top 5% of agents for within 18months. Jennifer saw the value in enhancing her real estate skills by becoming a licensed auctioneer and she competed in state and national championships, being the first woman to win both State, National and International titles. This gives her a sound understanding of all the different selling techniques, and when and how to use them effectively. She currently serves on the REIWA Auctioneer’s Board. Jennifer has a distinguished academic career with a Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing. She is a member of the Vice Chancellor’s list at Curtin University and has won numerous marketing and best student awards including Dux. When Jennifer sets goals she works hard to achieve them for herself and her clients. A firm believer in self-improvement and continuous learning, Jennifer has personally invested in training with some of the leading sales and marketing professionals in Australia and the world. She is an accredited NLP Practitioner and an accredited facilitator of PCM (Process Communication, a profiling and communication tool used by NASA) strengthening and developing her negotiation and mediation skills. This training and experience gained by Jennifer over the last 25 years is unique and this allows her to focus on the strategies around realising the true value of your home and communicating that value effectively.
