Ian brings 27+years experience of continuous working in Real Estate Sales, Property Management and Property Development as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Toowoomba. Specialising in Sales of Investment property, Development sites, Project Marketing for many long term clients and/or assisting Investors to build a long-term residual income through the planning and execution of their property investments. Ian has personally done land sub division development, unit development, many renovations and had a child care centre approved through Council. He has studied Project Management, is currently in the final stages of the Certificate training as a Qualified Property Investment Advisor with PIPA (Property Investment Professionals of Australia) and is very familiar with the Toowoomba Regional Council Town Plan – all to back up his claim to be ‘Toowoomba’s only Specialist Investment Property Agent’.
