Ian’s values of hard work and care for the community stem from his country background in Wagga Wagga where he operated an award winning agency in the 1980’s. His career has included being an Auctioneer and qualified trainer for Ray White NSW, where he became State Manager in 1990. In 1987 Ian was instrumental in the establishment and development of the Ray White franchise into Sydney and throughout NSW, from its origins in Queensland. Since 1993 when Ian became franchisee of Ray White Elizabeth Bay, the business has grown from 50 properties under management to an excess of 750. Today Ray White Elizabeth Bay holds a leading market share for sales in various suburbs in the inner city. Ray White Elizabeth Bay also maintains the highest auction clearance rate and has been responsible for record sales in numerous streets and buildings in the area. Ian has been a Director of an Elizabeth Bay company title building and served as Chairman of a Potts Point owners corporation for a strata building. Ray White Elizabeth Bay has established in enviable reputation for the successful sale of both company title and strata title apartments in the local area covering all price sectors of the marketplace. As selling principal and leader of his team of 18 personnel, Ian is extremely proud of the company’s “can do” culture.
