About Gavin Staindl

Gavin has worked his way through the real estate ranks and is now the director at Ray White Officer. After humble beginnings as a leasing officer in the rental department, Gavin spent 15 months learning the ins and outs of both the rental and sales side before becoming one of Ray White's most vibrant and assertive sales agents. Gavin has lived in Cardinia Shire all of his life. After moving from Maryknoll at the age of 9, Gavin shifted to Pakenham with his family where he studied at St. Patricks Primary School and Beaconhills College. Like any young kid, Gavin dreamt of being a sports star, unfortunately he was no good at sport. Instead, he decided to follow in the steps of his ancestors and join the property industry. Since 2012, Gavin has developed into a confident and engaging estate agent who is forever seeking improvement. Gavin has an ambitious approach to his future in real estate and with Ray White.
