About Carol Witheriff

At just 22 years of age, Carol Witheriff purchased her first property and renovated it herself, igniting a love of all aspects of real estate. Prior to joining the LJ Hooker Kingscliff team in 2011, Carol managed private investment properties to amass a sizable private company portfolio. As a by product of this experience, Carol has extensive knowledge in renovating and upgrading properties to take to market, and enjoys assisting clients in expediting this process through a trusted network of experienced tradespeople and service providers. Since joining LJ Hooker Kingscliff, Carol has built up a diverse client base thanks to her enthusiasm, energy, and integrity. Alongside her Sales role, Carol has also served as the agency’s Property Investment Manager for over 150 permanent properties in the Kingscliff and Casuarina areas. Although having only relocated to the Tweed Coast five years ago, Carol was born nearby on the Gold Coast and is a lifetime resident of the region. Over the course of her career she has gathered great insight into the local real estate market and amassed a diverse contact base in the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast regions, including council, government and business sectors. Carol credits her success in the real estate realm to her attention to detail and a natural work ethic – she’s driven to achieve personal goals as well as the objectives of others. Carol’s professional background in Sales, Property Management, Commerce and Teaching renders her a valuable facilitator who negotiates a great result. Carol has owned and successfully managed her own significant property portfolio for 30 years giving her detailed insight, perspective and empathy for both sellers and buyers.
