About Brad Stevens

Brad's real estate career began in the early 1980's as a rookie at his father's Ridgehaven company, Stevens & Lyon, in the days when the Australian lending rate hovered about 17% .. and not reducing fast! It was a time of renewal and change followed by a market glut. Agents and developers suffered as a result but Brad made business decisions which would stand him in good stead for years to come. Always seeking to widen horizons he and his wife Sarah set out on a twenty-four year journey in hospitality, managing hotels and establishing BB's Cafe at Northpark. Brad's business ethics and popularity have helped him re-establish into real estate. Within a few months of joining First National Riggall he won a network award for sales results. A man with many strings to his bow, family and community values mean a lot to Brad. He enjoys being involved with his two sons in their local sporting associations and supports Neighbourhood Watch in his specialist areas of Blair Athol, Enfield, Gepps Cross and Clearview.
