Working side by side in the business with his wife Lisa, together they have exemplified balancing a busy workplace and incredibly active home life with their 4 boys. They understand the importance of family and extend those values into the business. Family time for Ben means boating and sports activity with a passion for football and the mighty West Coast Eagles. His hobbies include cycling, reading, engineering in the garage with the boys and albeit a bit cliché Real Estate in general. The plan is to continue to grow and provide staff the opportunity to achieve long term successful careers maintaining the highest standards.
