About Andy Bredow

Andy is the Licensee and Principal of AB Realty, and has been involved in the property market for the last twenty years. Originally from New Zealand he was the owner and operator of Bungee jumping sites around the world. He has lived in Canada, Spain, Bahamas, Bali and in 2004 he moved to Perth and started selling real estate. Since starting his real estate career he has been one of the most prolific selling agents in the State with sales in excess of five hundred million dollars. Andy was awarded Master Salesperson Award from REIWA in 2008/2009. In 2014/2015 Andy was awarded the prestigious Grand Master award from REIWA for over 50 million dollars of sales in the financial year. In 2015/2016 he again was awarded the Master Salesperson Award, then in 2016/2017 he was ranked #10 in the State of WA for listings sold. Andy holds a Diploma of Property, Diploma of Management and a Triennial certificate. Andy is also an associate member of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
