About Andrew Valciukas

Andrew has lived in the Camden area for over 35 years. After completing a Commerce degree at Wollongong University, his Real Estate Career began in 1999. Andrew spent 6 years as an agent before he transitioned into owning and operating 2 prominent local businesses. It is fair to say that there are very few people with more local knowledge or larger personal network in the area than Andrew. In his role as the Licensee of the Camden Hotel, Andrew had the opportunity to be involved in a number of community based initiatives such as the Camden Liquor Accord, the coordination of the “Live & Local” events and of course, the Camden Jacaranda Festival. Andrew is currently the Chairman of the Argyle Street Business Collective and continues to be active in the organisation of community events in the Camden LGA. Andrew’s extensive experience and long tenure in local business, combined with his involvement in the organisation of local community projects, allows him to provide his clients with a unique perspective and the opportunity to draw on his extensive local network of personal contacts.
