My Townhouse is Number 15 in this 16 Unit friendly Complex.
According to my Building Inspector these Units were built above standard.

. Downstairs Lounge, Dining & Kitchen also access to the Garage & Courtyard
. Kitchen with a Servery, Sink, Wall Oven & Grill & a Near new Hotplate
. Near new Elec HWS outside in the Courtyard
. Paved Courtyard skirted by Gardens
. Above the Stairs is a comfortable Hallway, giving access to :-
. 2 Bedrooms with Built in Robes, plus Walk in Robe in the Master plus access to the: -
. “Romeo & Juliette” Balcony
. Separate Shower & Bath, adjacent to the Toilet
There are 2 Original Oil Paintings upstairs which I intend to take home, I’ve just left them there for effect
Walk to a Booval Fair Shopping Centre, the “Best Hotel” Award-winning Prince Alfred Hotel, & Booval Railway Station, all approximately 300m, Aldi is across the road, a Bus Stop at the front gate, Doctors, Pharmacy, Medical Centre, Hairdresser & more within approximately 250m.
The Bank says it’s worth more than $300,000, however I would like a quick sale. Also, if I am offered more than my asking price, I am willing to donate the excess (above costs) to a charity(s) of our choosing. (And if Expo is to teach us anything, with Express Trains to Olympic Venues the value is likely increase significantly). True story, ask me.
The Complex is mostly occupied by private respectful Owners, (They’re lovely, and I shall miss so many of them), however although I have stayed there, mostly My Property has been rented, so there is some evidence, like in the Carpets, however, is it squeaky clean, I assure you. As for the tiles in the Kitchen-Dining, for that I have some quite expensive Ceramic Tiles for the area which have not been laid in consideration they may not be suitable to your taste. If you want, you’re welcome. (I thought of recarpeting also, again, my choice may not be yours.
Some Owners have laid Timber Flooring, Carpeted or Sealed their Garage Floor, all of which looks really lovely.
There a couple of more jobs to be done but they should be finished within the next day or so.
