Cabin comes as a complete walk-in-walk-out and includes:
- 2-bedrooms (1 queen, 1 bunk room) both with built in wardrobes
- Light filled, open plan kitchen, dining, lounge room
- Split system air-conditioning
- All furniture included
- Covered front deck
- Outdoor storage / utility room
- Covered BBQ entertaining area
- Only 2.5 hours from Canberra and 3 hours from Sydney
- Family friendly park with swimming pool, play park, jumping pillow, tennis court, camp kitchen & mini golf.
- Secure coded boom gate entrance

Please note the cabin is for private holiday use only.
NO Airbnb & NO permanent residency.
You can occupy the cabin for up to 180 days per year in maximum 60 day blocks.
Please note that the park is NOT pet friendly.


The purchaser will be required to -
- Receive and agree to all terms set out in the Ingenia Holiday Parks occupation agreement.
- Be approved by Ingenia Holiday Parks for ownership of cabin
