This property is a quiet lifestyle yet close to schools and shops.
Only the fenced areas surrounding the house are for use by tenants. The remainder of the property is used and maintained by the Landlord. The property is fenced with tank water and an open double carport is included for use by the tenants.
PLEASE NOTE: The garage and farm sheds are not included.

The approved applicant will be required to pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent ($400) when notified of their successful application and then a further one weeks rent, and a rental bond of 4 weeks rent at the time of signing the lease. We do not accept bond transfers.

It is the tenant's responsibility to arrange their own utility connections. We are able to assist you with this and do have a company who offer this service.
