Located within a secure complex in the heart of Battery Point, is this sunny, double size bedroom with a single bed ensemble, built in study desk and built in wardrobe.

The room is located within a complex comprising of six other rooms, a communal kitchen, dining and sitting area and communal bathrooms.

Electricity & water is included with the rent. Only one person is allowed to rent each bedroom. Tenant is to supply their own linen.
